Andrea + Charlie Maternity Session

Charlie is Joe’s younger brother and Charlie and Andrea have been together since they were in highschool, had a beautiful wedding back in 2019 (with INSANELY cute flower girls and a smoking hot best man) and we could not be more excited for the two of them to become parents. I am personally always suspicious of an oncoming pregnancy announcement but I can honestly say this one was the first one to surprise me maybe ever, which is dumb but there you go. Charlie and Andrea had made several attempts to tell us which got the the pathetic excuse of offering to drop of their high school groups’ left over pizza which I was mildly offended by (no, we aren’t that desperate for costco pizza but thanks) and then finally them blurting out the news as they had been waiting at our doorstep for a half an hour one night under the guise of returning a book I had lent to Andrea. She had put the sonogram picture inside the book but we had taken so long to get home they ended up walking up to the car when we were all still in it and just holding up the tiny black and white picture of a new little miracle coming to our family. I was shocked. We were all so excited and have been so happy watching the two of them prepare for parenthood. Andrea had some fun ideas that inspired their maternity shoot and I loved getting to have the two of them to myself to commemorate this special season they were in. Andrea is a glowy gorgeous mama to be and Charlie is the most genuinely excited dad on deck I have met. What a joy.
